Terms of booking
We are a family owned business and our customers happiness is our top priority. We would like all our customers to enjoy their stay but the same as all businesses we have to set some rules to assist us in maintaining our high standards and prevent damage so other holiday makers can enjoy clean well maintained accommodation.
£50 non refundable deposit secures your booking. £50 breakage/security deposit will be added to the price of your holiday. This is refunded to you providing no theft or damage occurs. We send a cheque within no more than 14 days after your departure to return your deposit, to the address on the booking form only.
If theft or damage occurs, we reserve the right to retain the full £50 deposit to cover administration and loss of letting time, and charge for damage caused. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to pay for your booking in time will result in loss the of deposit. You are agreeing with our terms and conditions when the deposit for the holiday is paid. We are a family run business and will work with holiday makers to resolve any genuine accidents that occur, please report any accidents to Debbie Watton on 07446 358909. Failure to notify us of damage will result in the loss of your security deposit.
£15 service charge will be added for bookings with a dog. This is to cover additional cleaning costs. You are required to abided by the below terms and conditions. The owners reserve the right to ask occupants to leave their caravan should the terms and conditions be breached.
1 Small-medium dog only will be allowed. Occupants must respect no pets in the bedrooms. If you wish to take your dog on holiday with you we require you to notify us of this and the additional £15 charge must be paid. You are also required to declare the dog's breed. When left unattended the owners are fully responsible for the animal, and a such any damage caused is at the risk of the person occupying the caravan and all damage must be paid for in full within 7 days. Quotes will be obtained from haven. No insurance is provided by the owners for damage caused. Upholstery clean will be required at the charge of £100 for any pet mess found on the upholstery. Mattress cleans are charged a £30 per mattress. Carpet cleans are charged at £30 per room.
Haven do not allow any breeds of dog listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. At time of press, these were any dog of a type known as the following:
